Tonya believes everyone has more strength and courage than they can imagine, and that with a guide in their corner, they can activate that power to reach their highest highs and navigate challenging lows with greater levels of ease and grace.

Her background includes a career in healthcare, running a business with her husband, working through a divorce, single parenting, step-parent challenges, and being part of her church’s Worship Team.

After more than a decade of feeling trapped in a cycle of negative thoughts and emotions, and silently criticizing herself and others, she began to notice her energy was spilling over to those around her. Tired of just surviving, she sought out a career transition, then quickly realized she really needed to embody a more positive and peaceful self first.

When she found The Sister Coaches & Expansion Coaching, she immediately felt lighter and encouraged, to the point she decided to make it a career. Her outer life began to transform so quickly, as a result of the inner work she had been doing, that she decided to learn how to guide other women or parents to own their growth and begin to make positive changes in themselves so that they can lovingly influence their relationships with others like she did.

Tonya is especially grateful for her Sister Coach Community through the Expansion Coach Academy, which has created higher levels of personal clarity, confidence, and continues to help her “soften her edges.” She looks forward to using The Expansion Method ^TM & Expansion Coaching ^TM to help other people identify areas for growth, clarify goals, and achieve more than they thought possible. Her loving accountability will support those facing life transitions, and parenting challenges to see themselves and others in a more positive light.
